Rodenbach Grand Cru is a mix of 1/3 young beer and 2/3rds oak-matured beer for two years. This mixed fermented beer has a great deal of wood and esters in the taste. It is very refreshing and acidity with a long aftertaste, just like a vintage wine (www.palm.be, 2011).
