Erdinger Champ is a wheat beer that is best drank straight from the bottle. This beer has an easy twist open cap in a longneck bottle. The fine yeast used gives the Champ the charachter of a Bavarian wheat beer. It also provides a natural cloudy appearance (www.erdinger.de, 2011).
