Brugse Zot Blond is brewed using 4 malt varieties, 2 aromatic hop varieties, candu dry sugar, yeast and water. The aroma fruity with a light bitterness. The taste is dry with citrus touches and a hoppy character. Brugse Zot Blond finishes with a tasteful dryness and a fruity effect (All Belgian Beers, 2007).
