Brooklyn Dry Irish Stout

Brooklyn Dry Irish Stout is brewed in the old-fashioned way, without the nitrogen addition. A large portion of the grain is roasted like coffee beans that develops a specific flavour for this beer. The beer is brewed with British pale malts, caramel malts, black patent malt, unmalted black barley and a proporion of flaked raw barley.
