Boon Geuze is a classic Belgian beer with spontaneous fermentation and maturation for 2 years in oak casks, which give a unique flavour. This beer has a sour mellowness in the taste with dry oak, which is typical of an Old Geuze Boon. The aroma is very fresh with touches of citrus, pepper, vanilla and oak.
