Batemans Tripel XB is brewed using pale, crystal and wheat malts that are hopped with English Goldings and Styrian Goldings variety. This beer has a rich aroma of biscuity malt, hop raisins and vine fruits. The taste is of Peppery hops, ripe fruit and juicy malt that is followed by a long finish of earthy hops and a dry cracker biscuit maltiness (www.bateman.co.uk, 2012).
