Baltika No 0 is a non-alcoholic beer that was launched in 2001, thus making Baltika the first Russian company to produce alcohol-free beer. Baltika 0 is made using dialysis technology to carefully remove the alcohol from the finished beer rather then the technology of suspended fermentation. This beer has a relatively similar taste to beer containing alcohol using high qaulity raw materials. It has a traditional flavour and aroma of a light beer with a tinge of sweet (www.eng.baltika.ru, 2011).
